I started as a koi hobbyist more than 15 years ago.  I learned my skills from breeders both in the USA and in Japan.  I am grateful to learn from the most experienced people in the koi industry.  I truly appreciate all the breeders sharing their most valuable knowledge with me to fulfill my desires to learn and understand koi.  To find the koi food that could meet my desires for koi growth, I started involving koi food experiments about 10 years ago.  After earning a number of trophies and prizes in the USA and Japan, Nijikawa koi food has become another item that people know about me.

Nijikawa was created to satisfy the desire of koi enthusiasts for the growth and artistic expression of koi. Through communications with koi breeders, nutritionists, and koi hobbyists together with our own observations and understanding of koi, Nijikawa has evolved to become the only brand of koi feed in the world that can compete with Japanese made koi feed.

Njikawa is the only koi feed that is manufactured outside of Japan a nd is used by over 40 Japanese breeders as their regular daily feeding formulas. We are proud of the achievements and are committed to supplying the highest grade of premium koi food to service the koi community.
